I got two pairs of these to replace the factory speakers in my 2008 Bennington Pontoon boat and I had to make my own brackets out of marine plywood to give these a sturdy mount as the factory cut outs were slightly larger than what these require, but I was able to place the brackets behind the old cut outs which got the brackets out of sight and all you see are these well designed marine speakers. I first had these running off the head unit and they sounded good, then had them running off an old Punch 40 and they sounded even better, but now have them running off of a Punch 400.4 which really brought them to life. They are clear, the highs are outstanding, and they really provide some good midbass. I can turn my subs off and these 6.5" alone will slightly vibrate the wooden deck on the pontoon boat. Nice design, great sound, definitely marine worthy, and once again, great sound.

Sounds great on the Yamaha Rhino good for the weather diversity and handles the power from the Phoenix gold 300.2 very well.
