This is my first radar gizmo and I've only tried it out a few times, however, those few times gave me a good idea of it's value. It is super easy to use and easy to read/hear it's warnings. My one issue is with the instructions, which don't explain who uses what signals. You ride along and it begins to beep, it shows and says the type of signal, but I have yet to figure out what to look for. Regardless, I've found it to be effective and easy.

best radar detector i have seen in a long time. It pick's up police radar at least 2 miles i would buy it again. i would tell friends to buy it

It replaced a previous Cobra product. Works well enough to have alerted me several times, saving me tickets. The downside is, when compared to my previous detector, too sensitive on Highway mode. It goes off all the time in Highway mode. Also, seems to pick up stronger rear signals than in front. Overall, great for the price.
