So at first I was impressed with this unit. Easy install and set up. I have it in a 2008 PT Cruiser with front components, rear 3 ways and a 12" Crunch DVC sub in a ported box. These are running off of 2 MB Quart amps.
Now after having this unit installed for a few months and having enjoyed it, here is where the problems start.
1. If I run the unit for any period of about 20 minutes plus, it will start to turn off and then back on by itself. I can not find a logical reason for this to happen. The back-light will stay on, but the text disappears and it goes back to the Welcome screen as if it just turned on. Sometime if I give a little bump with the heal of my hand, it will work for a while before doing it again.
2. The fuse has blown twice now. Easy enough to replace, but why should I have to? Plus 1AMP fuse?? Geez these are hard to find.
3. Some of the MP3s from my SD Card do not play correctly. Sometimes I will skip forward to the song of the next album and it will play about 3 seconds of it, the skip back to the song it was just playing. Skip ahead again and the text number changes, but after a few seconds it will revert back to the previous track, but the display does not. Pretty weird.
4. The bluetooth is shoddy. It connects nicely and plays for a while, but sometimes the music from my phone will just pause and will not connect to the head unit until I restart the phone. Maybe it is an issue with the phone, but judging by the other issues I have with this unit, I assume the phone is fine.
I bought this unit because none of the major brands use an SD slot... Which I can not understand. Who wants a USB drive sticking out of their head unit???

Got this radio with my ipod in mind. For the price and sound quality that comes thru on my stock speaks...I must say that I am impressed. Have only had it for about a week but all the promised features work as stated. The only grip I would make if any at all is that while trying to wire it to my car, the instructions clearly state that if your radio dosent have an orange illumination wire then you wont have to connect it to anything. That must have been a misprint(or an all out lie) cause my radio wouldnt work without it being spliced right into my 12+ constant. Anyways I am happy with my purchase, speed of delivery and condition of package on arrival.

I would not suggest anybody purchase this product.
1) Too many buttons, very counter-intuitive
2) Bluetooth does not work clearly
2) Mine came defective
- Very often it will not read the SD or USB chips (need to remove the face plate and put it back on several times until it decides to read the card)
- Sometimes makes static noise instead of playing the music - need to restart system to get it to work. I would be worried that this damages speakers
- Half of the time that I make a phone call the microphone does not activate (I can hear the other party but they can't hear me)
... even if the unit wasn't defective, you are better off paying extra for a better unit.
I paid $80 for this unit and ended up spending $50 on shipping to have it replaced for a better unit.

Got for Christmas. Everything works great. Bought specifically for SD playback + works excellent. Has a bit of a learning curve for playback options, but works great. Ipod Classic works great with this, so does USB and 3.5mm hookup for playing off mp3 player. The USB actually powers up my mp3 player so I don't have to worry about charging it. Tuner works great and has good reception. Bluetooth works flawlessly with my LG rumor touch and Virgin mobile. Easy to install and what a bonus with free shipping, free install kit and free wiring harness. Installed in less than 5 minutes. Sonic Electronix rocks!!!! Now I will upgrade my factory speakers and possibly buy an amp for which the RCA and sub hookups will make it a breeze.
