This product is awesome. I love the picture quality and the Pandora and Nefflix streaming capabilities, however it has broken down twice causing me to send it in for repairs. It works fine now, though when it starts up it always sounds like it never wants to (a clunking sound like it's warming up). Of course, it could just be one of those things.
On the bright side, Samsung has excellent customer service. Whenever you call they're happy to help, you can keep track of your repairs, and the returns have always been swift.

Overall the player works good, but it is very noisy during play and when loading the disc's.

It is easy to use and provides great pictures. The pre-school age grandchildren use it all the time. Though I have not used it yet, I am looking forward to downloading movies from Netflix. And the price, you cannot beat it.
I would definitely buy it again.
