With over 30+ years in business, and an amazing track record for building products to exacting standards, Plateau warranty claims are a low frequency situation. Under USA law the Warranty expressed herein is "limited". If you receive a defective part upon opening or assembling, service parts are sent at no charge. Plateau agrees to repair or replace all manufacturing defects on Plateau furniture-free of charge for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. This warranty includes the cost of replacement parts for the purpose of repairing manufacturing defects only.
