The product works and fits the Bose dock well, however it does make the dock emmitt a low volume clicking noise when not playing music, this can be annoying if the unit is beside your bed, I used the unit in two bose docks and the result was the same

Awesome product, I would absolutely suggest it. My docking station works just as well with my generation 5 Nano as it ever did. It also charges like normal.
