If you have a lower budget for a subwoofer then this is a good sub for you. At high power blows very easily not under rated at all. As us audio files have come to love from other companies ex. FI or DD or Power Bass.

I purchased this sub for my 2001 VW Jetta. Put it in a Scosche box at around 1.2 cubic feet with polyfill in the box. Power provided by a crunch P2-5000 AMP and Infinity Kappa's in all four door's. HU is a JVC Arsenal. I don't think the amp is pushing this sub as much as a dedicated amp would (300 watts rms upgrade is in the works). I really like the sound this sub produces and I am very happy with it. It is most impressive when playing the Tron Legacy soundtrack and the beats really kick with ZZtop. Has a good solid smooth undistorted sound, but with more amps I think it will really rock. Great sub I'm happy!
