I purchased this booster because I have a home office in my basement and could not get good reception. Calls were dropped or garbled, and every time i got a call i had to run up the stairs to my back door to get any reception. I placed the antenna at the edge of my roof, directly above my office where i would get three bars. Installation was simple, no problems at all with set up, and now I get three sometimes four bars. I highly recommend this product. I am going to try it at my summer home upstate NY, where I have the same problem, although I get very weak reception even on the second floor. I am hoping I will have similar success.

The zBoost works well on most cell phones, but my Verizon Blackberry phone has experienced a number of connection and disconnect problems.
