Keyless Entry

Keyless Entry

Dual Zone Shock Sensor

Dual Zone Shock Sensor

This shock sensor utilizes warning chirps for minor disturbances and will trip the alarm if it detects more serious impacts or disruptions. Good alarm, does most of what it's supposed to do

    September 18, 2013

I wanted to add an additional "deterrence" type alarm to my 2010 Chevy Camaro without having to spend a lot of money and install it myself. I did some research on the internet before deciding to go with the Clifford G5 IntelliGuard 770 (buying it from SonicElectronix.com was a "no brainer"). Since this was my first time installing a car alarm myself, I had to do a lot more research to get the wiring connections on the alarm itself to the right wires in my Camaro. The "Installation Manual" that came with the alarm helped about 50% while the rest of the info that I needed came from different Forums on the web, The only problem that I still need to work out is the Hood Pin connection. I have tried different options with this 1 wire but with no luck. I haven't had the time to really get it to work.Other than the Hood Pin, everything else on this alarm is working.

    Great alarm!

    June 19, 2012

I have owned a IG750 in the past and it was a great alarm. The IG770 is the exact same thing. I find no noticeable difference in the two. Works great and it has its own distinct sound when arming and disarming. I wish the cliffnet wizard would recognize it. Even with the lastest update on the clifford website, for some reason it will not detect it and thats a bummer. Other then that, it is a great alarm.
