Whole New Look Same Booming Bass with Kicker 2010 CVR Subwoofers
Kicker's 10CVR104 400W RMS rated subwoofer is one of the best woofer in its class. The woofer has been built to bring out the best bass reproduction possible without having to fork-over tons of money but still have that quality only found in high-end woofers. There is a reason why this woofer stands as one of the top woofers in its class. So the question is are you ready to find out why?
Have you ever heard the saying " If it is not broken don't fix it"? Well this doesn't mean you can't improve it and nothing could be more true for the new 2010 CompVR subwoofer series from Kicker. This day in age it seems that the color black symbolizes elegance, sleekness, and quality. Kicker took the new trend of today into account when they upgraded their already popular CVR series subwoofers. Their new black, injection molded SoloKon woofer cone not only sounds better than the previous model but looks clean and elegant and will fit with any vehicle interior. Another major upgrade for this years model is the re-designed basket structure. With a new basket structure the woofer will have better stability and linear motion control, making the woofer much more efficient and thus produce higher quality sound. The new 2010 Kicker CompVR woofers were built with a lot of the same technologies used on Kicker's Solo-Baric L7 woofer which means you are getting high quality sound at a fraction of the cost. With a double stitched surround and T-cut top plate, for better bass response, and many other features that have made the CompVR a solid woofer for years and years, it is time to get out with the old and in with the new.

The CVR is rated 400 RMS. I had it on a 1000 watt Kenwood amp bridged for the first three or four months I had it. Now I have it one a Kicker 400.1 amp, and it sounds really good for a 10. Just make sure and get your box built right for it. Sub is about 40% of your sound the other 60% is your box

I just installed 1 of these in my '03 cavalier with a ZX400.1 amp today. I am very pleased with the bass with only 1 sub. It rattles the car more than i like but very pleased. I have it in an undersized box vented 1 cubic foot when it recommends 1.25. I would like to buy another but would have to upgrade my amp. If you are low on funds but want great bass with a proven winner this is what you are looking for. Under $300 after installed for everything! With Sonics tech support install is easy!

I would recommend these subwoofers. They sound great, have nice mids and great lows. I have 1 in my regular cab truck in a shallow mount box with only .95 cubic feet of air space and it thumps harder then my 12" JL behind the other seat. Overall great subs. Highly recommend reading the wiring diagrams and wiring it to all 4 ohms or you will probably blow it like I did once already.

Got 2 of these powered by a crunch amp in my Jeep Commander.
First subs were 2 12" Sony Xplod
2nd- 2 Hifonics Brutus Square 12"
and then 2 of these bad boys. greatest yet. even for 10", had them in sealed box.
get a good size box and good powering amp. and you're ready to rumble.
