crazy
pushing a pair with a jbl 14001 (1500rms@2-1200@4) in a 1.4 cubic foot slot ported box tuned at 34hz - these sound really clean and pound firmly. they're rated at 150wrms but im pushing 4x that. they're gobbling up the power and pounding hard with clarity. make sure to tune everypart of your system for satisfying results

I have a pair of these in a free air/infinite baffle install in the rear deck. These aren't the first I've used, but they are the last. These are just phenomenal. The previous brand, which I wont name, want much more than something to thump, and didn't sound great at higher volumes in terms of sound quality.
I can't overstate how much I like these subs.

I had a fairly small enclosure to run this in, and was worried about getting enough bass out of it even with some extra power. This subwoofer delivered, and is fairly impressive for an 8" woofer. Takes plenty of power too at least in my application. Clean sound, good looks, great build quality, all for a price anyone can stomach.

Rock solid subs. These are rated at 150wrms a piece. I'm powering these off of a Fosgate T600-2 (birthed at 404wrms x 2, 808wrms x 1). These subs take every bit of that amp (Set with an o-scope. NO DISTORTION OR CLIPPING!!!) without putting up a fuss.
The really low frequencies are kind of lacking, but the box I have them in isn't an optimum design either. I think in a ported box designed specifically for these subs they would do pretty well.
I'm going to try running them as mid-bass drivers in a front stage setup next.

I knew this 8 inch sub would be ok but i was not expecting it to sound as good as it does. I have it in a .25 cu ft enclosure, because of limited space, and it sounds clean. Not super loud but thats not what these are for. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a good bass note in tight space.
