I figured a way to use my iPhone 4 interface with the Clarion VZ300 without going through the recievier to toggle thru songs and or video. First you plug in your iphone 4 or iPad, into the optional CCUIPOD3 cable. Wait for the prompt on the LCD screen to appear on the reciever, then HOLD DOWN the "Opt" button for 2 seconds. This will basically switch the video from the LCD screen to your iphone/pad device. You can then CONTROL your device wholesale and pump the sound and video thru your Car speakers! I put a sliver of velcro on the back of the phone to attach over the LCD screen (who needs it anymore right?) My radio now looks like the iPhone was built into it and now Im taking advantage of iTunes and the interface. SWEET!
