Plug-and-Play Bluetooth
The newest addition to the Bluetooth hands free car kit, the motorMOUTH II stereo, allows you to hear directions easily from your GPS, plug and play your music, or make hands free phone calls. This setup works with any vehicle stereo that has a standard 3.5mm input and works perfect for iPhone, iPod, Samsung Galaxy, and iPad.
Being the iLounge 2010 CES Best of Show winner for all the kits features, the motorMOUTH II is a must-have vehicle accessory.
You can dial directly from the handset or press the multifunction button once for voice dialing. As a call comes in, the motorMOUTH II will automatically switch to your call. When you complete your call, the audio will resume playing.
Hands-Free Calls
The motorMOUTH II supports HFP and DSP echo cancellation which provides a clear conversation each time without interruption from background noises. This device allows the user to comply with all cell phone laws and safely drive without any distractions.
Included Y-Adapter
If you would rather directly connect your music while keeping your microphone plugged in, attach the included Y-adapter to your auxiliary input and use your aux cable to play your device.
Universally Compatible with Relocation Cable
In cases where your auxiliary input is located in your center console, you can use the included aux relocation cable. You can temporarily or permanently mount the new aux input in the desired location, closer or further to you, to clearly pick up your voice.
Whether you are being guided with turn by turn directions from your GPS app, playing music, or making hands free phone calls, the motorMOUTH II is the perfect addition to your vehicle’s interior.

I see what Scosche was trying to do and they did it pretty good but the battery life is so bad and you're forced to use the provided usb cable which takes away from the wireless look. I can get 5-6 hours from audio streaming which is terrible when compared to my old blubridge rx which I mishandled and broke. It pairs easily and the audio is great. Phone calls come very clear and load. A little whining noise when usb charger is connected. Overall good idea but give me 10-12 hours of battery life and I'll give 5 stars.

I asked for this for Christmas as a gift. My nissan sentra does not have Bluetooth, but does have an aux input on the radio. I had already tried an Alpine Bluetooth that clipped on my son visor, but I could not hear anyone loud enough, even though my friends said they could hear me fine. This unit however, lets the sound come through my car stereo speakers. I just used it with both front windows cracked about 1/4 of the way, and drove about 55-60 mph on the parkway, and my friend could hear me perfectly. I asked if they could hear any wind noise, and they said just a little bit. When I rolled the window up, obviously they said the clarity was now perfect. I could also hear perfectly clear and with PLENTY of volume. I turned my radio volume up to 15 (The volume I use when cranking my music is 20). Also, this unit WILL work while it is charging at the same time (the alpine would not work while charging). When someone calls you, your phone rings, and also the bluetooth rings through your car stereo speakers (if your radio is set to aux mode). The unit is so small, that you really don't notice it, and it doesn't get in my way at all when I am shifting gears, even with the charging cable dangling while it is plugged in. This unit was really easy to pair with my Droid X phone as well. Hold the pair button for 5 seconds and you are good to go. If you leave your phone bluetooth feature on, when you plug this bluetooth into your car aux and turn it on, it will automatically connect after you have paired it for the first time. The only gripe I have is that the LED color is hard to see during the day time. But who cares, as far as a well designed aux to bluetooth unit, this is definitely the one you want, plus $50 is about the norm for any blue tooth adapter. You will definitely like this unit.

I got this to use in my convertible with my iPhone 3G-S and thanks to the included base and cable I could position it where it could work best while driving topless. Easily switches in and out of music and as long as the battery is well charged, the signal strength is sufficient. The build quality leaves a lot to be desired. When I first plugged in the usb power adapter into the dash power port, it disassembled in my hand. Replaced with better quality unit from Radio Shack. Since then, it has worked well. Good alternative in cars not equipped with in-dash Bluetooth.

I thought the product was a great idea, but I never got it to work with my LG Ally phone. I switched to a new phone a couple weeks ago, and hope it will work wiht this one.
