This amplifier is very durable and easy to use. i also like it because of the power it puts out for the low price you pay. overall i believe this amplifier is the best you can buy if you are trying to save money.

I have this amp running two 8" in my ranger pickup...this amp pushed those subs to the max...many complain about sony quality, but this amp rocks! Fit it with some good subs and you will be bumpin.

One of my friends has this and he has it pushing two rockford punches. It makes them sound really good. It doesn't overheat to often. It hasnt blown any fuses when i'm with him.

This is a nice amp..pushed my 2 12's (sony P5's) real nice..switched to a louder sub. Blew 2 fuses and got a ticket. But it was well worth it.

I had a 1600P5 before and went through about 3 fuses a month. I do not recommend sony amps to anyone. You can purchase a HIFONICS amp that shall eat this one for breakfast and put out close to double the wattage.
Overall, these amps are over priced paper weights.
