Fits perfect. Stays under the single side of rear seat so I can still store stuff on the other side. Sounds great if you get your settings right. Just enough to sound real. Handles rock real well. I don't like HipHop so I dont know about that. Been going strong for about a year with no problems. This seems to be made with a new MTX sub that I had not seen before.
This is the answer for Ridgeline owners. Pull your back seat out, remove factory sub, put amp in its place that will run everything (5 ch), replace back seat, install this sub. Happy
