Within 20 min of play a tweeter popped. All was installed correctly and proper amount of rms to speakers. I ended up going with memphis.

I thought that I needed a replacement speaker for my 46 year old Pontiac. The speakers (2) are beautifully constructed and actually fit better than the current speaker which I purchased from Radio Shack 20 years ago. It turned out that the old speaker was not defective so it is still in my car. These speakers are being kept for future use. Delivery was quick and free delivery can't be beat.
