They are very loud and have alot of authority. I currently have two off a GPV700 and they are extremely loud and accurate. Large magnet gives them strong mid bass reproduction. I am very happy with these and would recommend them to anyone. I had the crunch gtr6.5 and installed these and was blown away.

This Speaker is LOUD. It's the real deal. I've used several 6.5" speakers over the years and this one is easily the loudest. Louder than the polk MM, and infinity kappas. My subwoofer is Very loud and with other speakers it can be hard to hear over it, meaning I've had to turn the woofer down some. Not with this though. If you want a Loud speaker, then this is for you. Clarity is good too. It is a little beefy in the basket though meaning it may have trouble fitting into stock speaker locations. This is a first impression as I have just installed the speaker yesterday, so I can't speak of durability. although it does handle alot of power for a car speaker, I imagine its pretty durable.

I have these in my house and they have great midrange! They don't have a high power capability, but they sound loud and clear!
