Highly recommended. Great deal for the price. Bought a backup pair. Use 2-3x/week at band practice and performances at church praise band. Extremely detailed flat response - especially in the bass frequencies.
I play the bass guitar - have been using the same pair for over a year now with absolutely no complaints. Very durable, heavy cord - and comfortable. Great sound isolation.
No complaints - recommended highly. Wouldn't be the best choice for someone without amplification - please note these are 300 ohm headphones.

I purchased the same product 10 years ago and have had excellent results. My second purchase of the same product six months ago was for another application and was based on the tremendous value over a ten year period.
Highly recommended!

Amazing sound quality! Bought these to monitor (realtime) my bass guitar playing in a band. Perfect hps for this intended purpose. Great for studio / mixing monitoring also. Must say that these have excellent bass response when listening through an amplified source. I really like the looks of them, but I hear that's a negative for some - different strokes for different folks. And, they're built like the proverbial tank. Saw a video link on headfi.org of the sales rep for MB Quart stomping on these with his shoe, and they didn't tweak or break or anything like that. Don't try that with your expensive Sennheisers! Anyways, great bang for the bucks. 3-yr mfg warranty also! Going to pickup another set as backup.

I bought these without knowing much about them because I needed a closed-back headphone for the office -- the open-back Sennheiser HD590s I had been using were bugging my cube-neighbors when I cranked up the volume. I hoped these would sound as good as the Sennheisers -- I was stunned to find they mostly sound much better! The midrange and top end are clearer and cleaner and have a remarkable lifelike quality to them that the HD590 lacks. The only downside to the MBQ is a relative lack of bass extension and some midbass emphasis; it's very difficult for a closed-back design to match an open-back in the bottom end.
