I recently purchased this sub and have it hooked up in my 2002 mustang with a phoenix gold octane 5.0x1 amp. This sub is extremely loud even though I'm only putting 300 watts into it. I used to have a rockford he2 and this sub is much louder but doesn't have quiet the same punch although the low rumbles are incredible.

this sub is great, and the folks at sonic are absolutly awesome. perfect design, loud & amazingly clear!!
I recently replaced my head unit in my 2005 Chvey Equinox with equipment purchased from Sonic. I found the whole process to bee quite smooth and their prices were the best on the internet.
