Had a set of these installed in the front doors of a pontiac Grand Prix GTP. I had them hooked-up to a clarion cd receiver, but no amplifier and they sounded incredible. Couldn't imagine how great they'd sound with an external amplifier. Look-wise they aren't much to look at but the sound all around low-high is perfect and well seperated. The speakers themselves don't look like much, just solid black speakers, but the sound they produce is fantastic. Anyone who knows anything will be impressed just by the fact that they are JL which everyone knows is the best. Easy-to-install, only issue was finding a good place to put the component box, so it wouldn't rattle in the door.
Purchasing from Sonic Electronix was a great idea. My product was shipped and received faster than I could have ever expected. THe final price, which included both shipping and install kits, was great. Other places wanted the same price for just the CD Player without any install kits or shipping.
