I do a lot of salmon fishing in Lake Michigan and am always looking for a new way to cook them. Had a smoker about 30 years ago, but it never worked very good and didn't like it. My fishing partner bought one of these, and his smoked salmon was really good, so I bought one from Sonic.

IT'S GREAT!! The salmon is moist and delicious. Try it - you'll like it.
