These are awesome connectors, I used these with some Kicker 16 gauge wire and they snugly fit in the end and crimp easily even with the plastic as long you use the right crimper, no complaints from me, buy them!

Fits like a glove with the male connectors but the insulation is a very hard plastic not suited for crimping.

They work perfectly. I got them with the male disconnects too and they fit perfectly. The same connectors that you can find at Home Depot or Lowes, but for a fraction of the price. The connections get made and my system sounds great!
