I like the unit, but has an IPOD selection on menu but doesn't allow you to hook up to an IPOD and control it. Why have it on menu if it cant do it. Boss really needs to design software to fit the unit not just generic that they use on all units. You can listen to your IPOD with the usb connection or bluetooth so it still is a good unit for the price point.

Well read the review and totaly disagree there are so much to this unit that i have not even taped into all it can do and as far as carrying it there is a leather padded case that fits it and carrying it is as easy as 1,2,3, but i added two twelves in the trunk and bose speakers inside the car and WOW with the unit it fits well. Cant think of any bad things about the boss stereo i think it is a nice peace of equipment to have and love the bluetooth what a big hands free help. Thank you boss.

Installation was easy, features were user friendly and DvD quality was par. However, the screen is huge and actually has some weight to it, even after I convinced myself it wasn't going to snap off the face of the unit and slide under the seat i still had to deal with lugging that thing around everytime i parked my car. That aside, about 2 weeks after I installed it, I started noticing small quirks in the screen, first i couldnt adjust the time setting to stop telling me in 24hr mode, then it started getting sick of my taste in music and decided to scan through the entire FM band whenever it saw fit, soon after that the screen went completely white and it then decided to automatically open up whenever it felt like it... So, if Boss ever puts some testing into their products, perhaps they'll put out something better next go round, but for now I think they're seriously lacking in quality.
