These are a great headphone. they aren't new, but they certainly did a good job with these. they have been praised for their clarity and engineering since they were first released. and they live up to the expectations. the only thing that took some getting use to was the headband. i didn't think i liked it when i first used is, but i have grown quite fond of them.

These headphones are everything they are cracked up to be. Great imagery and open space. They are comfortable, and sound incredible. If you have the right environment for these, it would be hard to find better.

I bought them mostly to listen music (folk/soft music) and play games. In both instances, the AD700 is up to the task. Sound is clear, very well defined. During gaming, the large sound stage is impressive. They are light and very comfortable. I read they don't provide a lot of bass. I can understand this statement but it does not apply to me because I don't listen to music with heavy bass. Overall great buy. Thanks Sonic Electronix for shipping in Canada at a reasonable rate.
