    The Beta 58A maintains a true supercardioid pattern throughout its frequency range. The Beta 58A has a shaped frequency response that is ideal for close-up vocals.     What I Expected

    Clean sound. Solid piece of equipment. I have total confidence that the mic won't go out on me in the middle of a song. I purchase it after reading other reviews, I am not disappointed. My only regret is that I didn't get the wireless mic.
