Once the sub is broken in, it sounds clean and hits pretty nice. I am running 350 watts rms in it and the sub's max rms is 400 watts. The amp pairs perfect with the sub. But if you want real bumps, this sub is not enough. Get 2 or buy a stronger sub for more money. I don't like rattling my car or drowning out the mids and highs, so this sub is good for me.

2 of these setup in my Samurai powered by 750RMS amp. Anything past 50% will make everything rattle! Get some dampener if you have a strip rig. I'd recommend it all day. If you have the extra 10 bucks, get the DVC thou so you can run it at 1 ohm (with compatible amp).
Just buy this and dont look back.

Currently I have two hooked up to my kac-9105d wired to 2 ohms running 900rms total. I've got my gains set fairly low because my alternator is bad but they still sounds great! Ported at 1.5 each they produce great low bass. It gets cold here in colorado, once they warm up a bit theyll bump all day long.
