Well.. I was happy when I first got my radio in the summer of 2011 and all was Great for about 6 months then the on-off button No longer worked then other functions followed. To this day I still have it and I called JVC for a New faceplate but they wanted 72 bucks and for That I will buy a New radio. Everything but those few button issues the radio is still good.

Bought this because of the multi colored option to matched the red gauge lighting on my BMW e28
Theres no wire for powered antenna :( and also only 1 output for subwoofer when most have 2. Mine came with no manual/user guide so it took me some time to figure how to change the display color (hold Menu down). Playback button looks and feels cheap. Great stereo and also, there IS a dimming option unlike the previous review stated.

No dim on radio lights. Instructions could be more explicit. Product support guy surly. Mounting hardware (87 Ranger) worthless. Still a good radio/CD player. Not all that easy to program.

I needed a unit with the ability to match the orange illumination on my 280ZX. Sound good and I like the remote.
