I Bought the component set of these the sound is crystal clear and they pound without using an amp. Anyone who says alpines speakers are useless well maybe you need professional installation i can make a $10 pyle speaker sound like a $200 focal or cdt speaker you just have to find the right set up for it and know what your doing it's not just taking your old speakers out and putting your new ones in.

These speakers are useless. They don't really sound good, even with an amp they don't have much power and cant take that much. I immediately returned them and bought MOMO polks.. Even for the money Sonic has better stuff. Don't buy these speakers they don't have much to offer, their crap.
