Alright, so i have had this little guy in my car for about 8 months now, and i really enjoy it. It has the settings to be able to choose the frequency at which the radar bands are picked up. I am lazy so i haven't done this so i get some false alarms. It survived a calgary winter (-30C some days) in a car parked outside and never flinched. A word of warning though, many people complain about them getting tickets, while having this from laser. This product only DETECTS laser, which works in about a quarter of a second. This in combination with a laser dampener (ie. VEIL). works well. I run this and i have not gotten a ticket,(it's saved my 3 from laser, 4 from radar) plus get about 6 seconds to slow down during laser. There is no such thing as a radar jammer, if you get a full signal from cop popup. You got a nice little ticket. Overall this thing has saved my ***, i love it and i would definitely recommend it

I bought this detector based on the reviews and it has certainly lived up to them at this point. It took me a bit to get used to strength in detection that it has but now I would hate to not have it with me at all times. I do a lot of highway driving and if there is active radar I know before I can see it. I love it! Thanks Sonic.
