This sub sounds clean and gives good bass in the right box. Had mine in a sealed 1.0 and it was great if your getting just one. I would recommend the kenwood kac-1502s from this site, it's a tiny beast.

Don't look at the price tag on this amp, It doesn't matter. This amp is worth every penny. It may not put out a crazy amount of power, but it will make your subs hit. I love this amp and have powered every pair of subs I've owned on it. Great amp, great buy. Highly recommend.

When I want to SWAT (Stereo West Audio Toys) for their birthday bash, I bought a pair of 12 Kicker comp since it was buy one and get one free. With my luck, the Kicker rep was showing off what Kickers can do among other things. I originally was going to buy a DX amp, or I was going to go to inPhase and buy a Alpine MRX mono.
The Kicker rep told me to buy the ZX400.1. I thought it was a great deal since it was on sale and I never regretted buying it.
I would say if anyone was looking for a great mono amp, BUY THIS ONE.

This subwoofer is very tight, very clean, and handles well at 1000 watts. Definitely a 15 outa 10.

I put one in my home powered subwoofer 1.5 cuft ported box 150 watt rms and it produces some earth shaking bass. I bought a Pioneer tsw303r and it sounded ok but when I put this sub in Wow the bass was tight and deep. Maybe it has to do with the huge voice coil 2 9/16. Very few subs have a voice coil this big. For the price you cant go wrong. Nice job Kenwood.

I have heard a pair of the grado over the ears and i really did like them. but i am more of a On-the-Go type and rarely have time to truly sit down and just enjoy my music. These are perfect. crisp and define! Would recommend!!!

I love that Grado sound. These seemed reasonably priced and I was in need of some better in-ear headphones. The first thing I noticed when I tried these on was that my ears instantly felt broken and the sound was missing something - music seemed lifeless. Having done some research beforehand, I was prepared to let these warm up for a few days. The sound was slightly better after the fact, but not terribly. It seems the eartips that Grado provides are not great. I've gone through all of them and settled on a pair, but the next issue is the cord noise. I had never experienced such cord noise and bought a clip to address most of the problem. I suspect that you will too. It's worth it. Amazingly, months in I still have fitment issues. I'm literally here with the baggy of eartips and trying on the single and double cone tips again.
Oh how I love, love, love my Grado cans. These iGis have yet to life up to the name.
