Im runnin a pair of these in the front doors of my truck. For runnin off a HU they dnt sound bad. The driver side tweeter is tryin to crap out on me but its almost a year old. So that is probably just wear and tear. I was expecting a little more bass responce, but once I install my amp for them, it should get btr. These are pretty good componets for the price.

Get these speakers. They are not only loud, but those tweeters will keep your highs equal to whatever kind of sub woofers you got...these are amazing.

I thought my stock speakers were actually pretty loud. I was mainly just replacing them to have an all around kicker system. I didn't think it was gonna make as much of a difference as it did. These are amazing. Just get a decent kicker amp to push these and you can hear vocals over any amount of bass.
