Sonic Electronix is now carrying the brand new 2011 line of Power Acoustik KP Series Car Audio Speakers. The KP Series speakers offer superior sonic accuracy, excellent sound quality, and a durable construction. These Power Acoustik speakers feature a high temperature aluminum voice coil, a bottom mounting depth of 3-1/2", and a top mounting depth of 3".
The Power Acoustik KP-69 has a peak power rating of 720 watts per pair and a RMS rating of 180 watts per speaker. It is constructed with an injection molded polypropylene cone woofer for stability and durability, and a butyl rubber surround for high amounts of excursion. Fantastic speakers for the money!!!
I had purchased a Power Acoustik Amp years ago for my car and it still kicks! So, when it came time to replace my Pioneer 6X9's worn out by too much Skrillex at too high a volume, I thought I would give these a shot. Well, I have to say, other than the goofy looking Skull grilles, these speakers absolutely crank! They sound better than the Pioneers, that were twice the price, did on their best day! If you wanna save some dough on your next speakers and don't have to advertise some big name brand, buy these speakers and you won't be disappointed!
