Huge Bass on a Budget
Who says that you have to spend a lot of money to get some solid bass in your car? The Kicker Comp subwoofer is the perfect subwoofer for those that want some quality subs without breaking the bank.
The Kicker Comp subwoofer incorporates sturdy materials, great looks, and Kicker engineering to produce a subwoofer with fantastic bass. The vacuum formed polymineral cone and polyfoam ribbed surround are double stitched together for the ultimate in durability and strength. The Inverted Structural Dome (ISD) is designed to eliminate unwanted flex in the cone, resulting in clearer and deeper bass. The genius engineers at Kicker have also designed this incredible woofer to work in sealed and vented enclosures, as well as free-air applications. Along the spider you will find the Kicker's Spiralead tinsel-leads, allowing for greater strength and durability of the woofer. Don't let the price on this woofer fool you. You are going to get solid bass with a woofer that is going to last a long time.

Everyone knows about kicker. The great thing about kicker is that you don't have to buy the higher end products to get quality sound. From the low end to high end, it's all good. Yes, they are loud, clear and chest thumping!

I got these 2nd hand from a friend, and i traded them off again, but with the right amp they sounded pretty good. The low wattage is the part I had troubles with.

I bought two of these subs from Sonic about two years and three months ago and they still deliver clear deep bass and drastically enhance my vehicles sound system. When I bought them they were $110 - $125 but they are a steal at the price listed now. If installed properly with the right kind of power going to them I would guarantee anyone to be satisfied with these subs. Mine are mounted in a single 4.3cuft box firing straight up in the back of an SUV with a Boss RT1045 amp (Sonic no longer sells these but it's equivalnt today is the D800.2)and a $120 Pioneer head unit. For $70 I would recomend these to anyone wanting to upgrade their car audio.
P.S. Boss makes an exelent amp. It too has been in my car since I've had the subs and I've never had any problems with any of the Boss amps I've owned. I dont play the name game and buy pricey amps because I'm very satisfied with the quality of the one I've got.

I have always been a fan of Kicker. All you need is one kicker comp 15” and you are good to go. This woofer drops and hits hard. Great sub, I would recommend this to anyone not looking to empty there pocket book and get a lot of boom for his or her buck.
