Xscorpion CC-06

I have used the Xscorpion Cable Cutters for the past six months in a variety of fields from communications, electronics to industrial electrical. I have not had a problem with these cutters and have found them to cut just as well now as when they first come out of the box.

Makes installation faster and easier.

For cutting zero gauge wiring these are a must have. Cuts monster 400 series and lesser wire like butter. Be carefull with these you could cut your finger off with very little effort no joke these are super sharp. For this price all i can say is buy them. Im going to buy a secound pair just incase i break these.

Well when i saw these online they looked decent and had good reviews so i opted to get them seeing i was going to do my BIG 3 upgrade soon. When i received them, however, i wasn't sure they were right. These things are tiny!!! It doesn't even look like they can handle 1/0 gauge wire. So i reluctantly decided to test cut some wire and went in for what i thought would be "the big squeeze". Heres where my title chimes in. I do not think you could cut through butter with a hot knife as easily as these things sliced through my 1/0 gauge wire. I was shocked at how precise the cut was and that the wire did fit right into the end of the pliers perfectly. These things are what you need to cut anything up to 1/0 gauge with NO effort at all, highly recommended! The only drawback is, the little locking latch on them will unlock with the slightest touch of the pliers, so i recommend keeping these things somewhere where children or pets or anything can touch them, because i can literally sit them on a table locked and pound on the table and they will unlock, but functionality is awesome! :D
