The 'online' features that i've read seems to be fine and the ease of use too, but when i paired it with my Blackberry, distortion was the major issue i've experienced. Was a little disapointed by the product, but it does what it is supposed to.

when connected works well, on occasion has difficulty connecting but over all works really well and installed easily. would recommend installing switch so you can turn on and off while driving if wishing to switch from radio to BT or vice verse.
