Based on the absolutely outstanding Klipsch earbuds, i ordered these 'noise-cancelling' earphones. it turned out the frollowing
1.noise cancellation, outside of the insulation provided by the earpads, was non-existant - none at all when the feature was enabled
2. the fidelity was absoultely outstanding - better than the Bose Q-15 model.
Provided you don't need or want any 'noise-cancelling', these are possibly the highest fidelity earphones you can buy. Highest recommendation for the fidelity
'Great' looks - a standout with its black and bronze finish.
