Rockford Fosgate understands all vehicles are not the same, because some cannot accommodate deep subwoofers. In the past, that meant no Bass. Not anymore! I just installed two of these in my Tacoma double cab behind the rear seats. Even with them tucked behind the seats you can easily feel the punch they bring out. With any shallow mount sub sitting in a 4 inch deep enclosure, like the one I've installed, the low notes IDE say 35 hertz and lower don't respond well. I listen to rap and rock and for both this sub is the way to go for sure for tight space applications! I recommend this sub absolutely.
