I needed a replacement XM tuner and found this at a great price. Decided to save some money and thought that I was going to suffer with poor quality. Boy was I wrong! This antenna seems to not have such a hard time staying on my channel without breaking up under tunnels!

Was very tired of hearing my favorite song get cut off from driving under a bridge, but now it only happens when I'm stopped under a bridge or if it's just a really long tunnel.

Saved money, very happy, A+ in my book.

November 11, 2010 poor signal quality

The only replacement antenna is the xmicro2. If i had known that the xmicro2 had such poor signal quality I would've bought a new reciever box just to get a better antenna. I would say there is about a 50% difference in signal compaired to my old antenna. If a bird flys over my car I loose signal yeah its that bad.

Customer Testimonial

This is my 3rd purchase from Sonic and they have not let me down. My new JVC stereo was about as easy as it gets to install. Stereo unit sounds great and has lots of features. Only thing is that it doesn't seem to display the time when unit is off, not a big deal. Overall it was a great purchase!
