The StudioMix 702 7-Channel Mixer w/ USB Player/Recorder:

The StudioMix 702 from Jammin Pro provides fantastic flexibility in a portable package. The unit features a single XLR mic input w/ phantom power for condenser microphones, a single mono 1/4" line input, a stereo 1/4" input and a stereo RCA input, enabling you to hook up a wide assortment of audio sources. The StudioMix702 has a 1/4" stereo main output, along with a 1/4" stereo headphone jack w/ individual gain controls. The mono channel has pan, tone, trim and level controls, while the stereo input channels have gain, balance and tone controls.

One of the best parts of the StudioMix 702 is a USB port, which enables you to plug in a flash drive for MP3 playback and recording. Just plug in the drive, set your gain level, and hit record to make CD-quality live recordings. Playback is equally as easy. LED input level meters help you keep an eye on your levels to avoid distortion, while gain, balance and tone controls help you make your mix just right. The StudioMix 702 also includes Magix's Audio Cleaning Lab SE software so you can clean up live recordings afterwards.
