When replacing your factory radio with an after-market car stereo, the Scosche KA01B wire harness is a must for a quick and clean installation. It eliminates cutting your OE radio plug. This harness is really good. Comprehensive instructions, even the wires are labelled so that they can easily be connected.
Well, there is a minor error: Blue with White Stripe - Amp Turn-On
It is actually the power antenna.
Also there is a pin/wire missing from this harness (which exists in the car connector), but I could not figure out what it was and does not seem to be needed, either.
