The Kenwood KCA-iP500 interface charges your iPod and connects it directly to a compatible Kenwood radio. The radio controls can be used to select songs from the iPods playlist and the information can be displayed on the head unit screen. The iPod can be tucked away so that it is not distracting while you are driving. The install is pretty straightforward even though I'm not particularly good with tools or stereo stuff. The only thing I'm a bit disappointed about is that my 4th generation iPod Touch doesn't allow charging with this cable. Other than that, really great!

Exactly as advertized. I can plug my Ipod or my iPhone directly into my car stereo and control the device by my stereo.
Highly recommend - use it daily and have had no issues at all.

It`s ok product. But the wiring is to short. It is mounted in a AUDI A3 as is a small car. And even in this car it was short:(
