Easy install, does as advertised. I have an '04 GMC Sierra. 2 issues. When the ignition key is turned off, the PAC unit turns off, but the GM radio remains on, (as most GM cars do) until you exit the car. Thus during this time period, a short "hash" noise is emitted from the speakers that is actually distorted audio bleeding over from the XM radio. Also for those with a GM rear entertainment system, this will not allow independent listening of 2 different sources between the front and rear passengers anymore.
