The JBL GTO series speakers are the perfect upgrade to your existing speakers. They are designed with a carbon-injected cone material to accurately reproduce music the way the artist originally intended. The three ohm voice coils allow the speaker to operate at an efficient 4 ohms once they are being powered, allowing them to utilize every watt of power your head-unit or 4ohm stable amplifier can produce. These speakers feature a vented magnet with a high thermal-capable voice coil which effectively dissipates heat, ensuring the longevity of your investment. The edge-driven speaker cones allow greater sound levels with the same amount of power. The wide frequency responses that these speakers provide will leave your ears very satisfied when you're listening to your favorite songs. If quality is your goal, the GTO series speakers by JBL have the technologies to make that happen.

Sonic Electronix, one of the leaders in car audio, recently visited Harman, the premium global audio and infotainment group, at their research and development locations in Northridge, California and Detroit, Michigan. The purpose of these visits was to utilize and combine the powerful brand of Harman and the industry leading knowledge behind Sonic Electronix to begin working together on developing future car audio projects.

Nice set of components

I installed this set into my wife's scion xb. They replaced the rear 5.25 speakers in the rear and they sound great. I didn't use the tweeters in her car but I used them in my truck and they sound great also.
