I bought this item thinking it would be a great center channel speaker for the Dolby 5.1 in my truck. Boy was I wrong. Speaker blew in the first 10 mins. Have it attached the the 15W center channel output, done. I now have a 4x6 plate driving the center channel and it works fine. Don't waste your money on this product. Pioneer has always been a great value but this is not one of them.

At first i was a bit skeptical about buying this speaker, because of the price, but it turned out to be an amazing replacement to the stock center speaker that kept blowing. It gets as high and as loud as a tweeter, but still has very clear mid highs. It's definately worth the price.
