VAST Surround Speakers

The Vertical Attach Surround technique will increases a speaker’s cone area by up to 25%. Rockford Fosgate’s surround technique, VAST, provides a large increase in the speakers effective radiating cone area without complicated installation issues. This design eliminates the large glued surface area around the rim of the speaker, which allows the surround to be shifted for increased cone area. Both efficiency and maximum output capabilities are dramatically improved.

Multi-OEM Adapter

The Multi-OEM Adapter plate allows round component or full-range speakers to fit in many OEM openings. This allows the speaker to fit more vehicles. Using a uniquely designed adapter plate, special tabs can be removed to help with installation of circular speakers in 4" x 6", 5" x 7" or 6" x 9" OEM openings. The adapter also allows a 5" x 7" to fit a 6" x 8" opening.
