I bought 2 of these sub in a sealed box and put them in my Blazer with an Alpine MRP-M2000. Each sub is running at 1000 watt's and so far i've had to buy a new battery but it was worth it because I have not heard anything so UNGODDLY loud. Best purchase i've made. Definitely recommend to anyone who loves ridiculously loud Bass.
