Kicker CX series amplifiers were designed by Kicker's expert audio engineers to bring you plenty of clean RMS power for even the most demanding system. Kicker engineered these amps to be ultra compact, meaning there won't be any monsterous amps that you have to design your system around, they'll fit just about anywhere. The CEA-2006 compliant CX300.1 puts out up to 300 watts of RMS power and is compatible with the Kicker CXARC remote bass controller.
Ultra-Compact FootprintThe Kicker CX300.1 will fit just about anywhere, whether you want to install it discretely under a seat, hide it in the back of your trunk or mount it somewhere else. This compact amp measures just over 7" wide, 8" deep and comes in at just over 2" tall. With a footprint this small, Kicker optimized the circuit layout for the most efficient use of components possible.
To take full advantage of the compact footprint, Kicker includes mounting hardware which gives you the option of vertically mounting your CX300.1 amplifier. With this hardware, you can install the amplifier nearly anywhere in your car, whether you're looking for an inconspicuous and out-of-the-way installation or want to mount your amp to show it off.
Beneath the high-mass, super cooling UV protected aluminum heatsink Kicker included double-sided fiberglass circuit boards, incredibly efficient Litz-wound transformers and TO218 output devices which provide high-current switching. Externally, the CX300.1 features buffered RCA outputs, noise-shielding metal-end panels and custom tooled power connectors.

Kicker 300 Watt Class D Sub Amp
I have been very pleased, so far, with this amp. The Connectors are of Very Good Quality. The Unit is Small and easy to fit under my Seat. I have not Tuned my System yet, as I need to replace the Factory Speakers and don't want to do it all over again. It is definitely added the Bottom End to my System without any Tweeking. I play my System as loud as I can without causing much Distortion. After driving to or from work, I've touched the Amplifier to see how warm it is. It is Cold. Not Cool, but Cold. I'm running Two 4 Ohm Sub Voice Coils in Parallel for a Two Ohm Load. I am very impressed. The only Negative, if you can call it that, is that my Stereo has only 1 Sub Out, but the Amp has Two Inputs. I had to add a "Y" to feed both Inputs. (Without the "Y", the Amplifier was noticably Lower in Volume.) I am very happy with this purchase.

This tiny little amp really puts out a good amount of power. As always with kicker it's cleaaaaan. I ended up wanting more watts in the end but this is a very high quality amplifier.
Not the most featured amp but it performs well in tight spaces. Gets warm but not hot.

This amp is best for beginners who get thir first sub. When i got my first set of subs, i used 2 inifinity references 10 inch, and the amp was emitting 300rms, it was still pounding! Worth the price

i used this speaker for my 2010 lexus & its perfect.. I thought this amount of wattage would kill my battery, & it didnt. The deep bass of this speaker is nice & dont be fooled by the size of this small speaker because it produced LOUD bass. I would recommend this to anybody

found this helpful.Pretty decent so far...
Installed and paired it with the Polk Audio DXi1201 sub which handles the exact power that this amp puts out. Seems to be perfect mach.
Anyways a little advice: if your head unit has a dedicated sub output and sub controls built in (x-over frequency and gain output) set the gain on this amp to the middle, crossover frequency about 1/3 the way up, and bass boost about a hair up from 0. Use your HU's sub controls to tune it in and save yourself the backache from going back and forth from the amp to the HU trying to tune it in.

This amp is simple to use and an excellent compact size. I ran it to a Kenwood 12" and it sounds great! Loud enough for me.
I am going to try and hook up an old Rockford Fosgate 10" and see if there's a difference.
