Good Value - Medium Product
I would recommend this to the buyer that is tight on funds. Its a good double din DVD/Bluetooth device for the price.
Pros: Install was fairly easy (self-install) The cables were marked well and it had lots of places for the mounting screws. The radio works well and I like several things about the interface. Product has been installed for 3 months now and is working as expected. Powerful output, no problems with the Bluetooth.
Cons: The features are plentiful but lack some "richness" .
It would be nice if the backlight was dimmable
it would be nice if the Bluetooth would show song title and progress
it would be nice if the Bluetooth phone would use the microphone built into the bezel instead of requiring the use of the plug in mic
it would be nice if all the display screens would show the time
it would be nice if the fade settings were easier to get to.

excellant head unit
I have owned this HU for quit some time now and would recommend it to anyone whether you have a lot or a little money to spend on one. It does what it says it will very well. Cant beat it for the price. The only fault I can find is the clock only displays for a few seconds except on main menu. Other than that its a steal

Bluetooth connection for phone call works real good
This unit boot up real fast and everything works real well. If you own a non premium car like a Honda Odessey then you would be happy to know that that you could hook up the steering wheel control without having the need to buy any interface box. The external mic pick up you voice real well with no feedback what so ever. The only con I say about the unit is that the clock display only show up on the main menu or you have to press the clock button on the remote and it will only display for a few second. Again, if you own a car that does not have a build in clock such as the Honda means your would rely on your wrist watch from now on.

radio
This is a cheap radio that almost has it all. And you can make it compatible to use as a computer as well. The blue tooth is good and the DVD player is good as well for all. I would give this radio 5 out of 5 for the price.

Awesome for the Price, but......
This does everything as well as expected for this price range. The sound quality is very nice but it only has 3 e.q. presets and NO bass/treble controls, bummer. The details that are listed have some mistakes. It does NOT have variable button lighting, It will NOT look up your phone book numbers when using blue-tooth, it does NOT have Cd Text reading capabilities, display is only dim-able when playing DVD's. On the plus side it DOES have R.D.S. and it will play DVD's from all regions (great for us that have UK disc's). It also has to re-load all songs from the SD card every-time you switch sources, take a call, or turn the car off, but it takes only about 30 seconds to re-load.
