Did not fit my car as advertised. To view the time you have to hold a button and it only shows the time for four seconds. The whole POINT of a clock on a radio is so that while I'm driving I can glance down at the time. Broke while installing because it didn't fit. The brackets went into the garbage because IT DIDN"T FIT. I forced it fit by cutting up the dashboard and moving the hazard button. Dash looks hacked-up, but the car is 15 years old and I don't care much about appearances.
Positives: lights are good brightness level. Sound is fine, functionality is cool -- SD card, USB, Bluetooth. Maybe blame Ford for the receiver not working... maybe, but I wouldn't buy this again.
Finally, I recommend soldering the wires, never use tape.

Purchased this unit to replace another unit that failed. Was interested in the Bluetooth (built-in) feature but also needed USB connectivity for my iPhone apps (Pandora and I Heart Radio).
The setup controls are very basic, no frills here at all. Finally got the Bluetooth to connect to my iPhone after an hour. The BT streaming feature is very poor at best as the audio is extremely low and unusable. Connected the iPhone to the USB port and it will charge the iPhone but will NOT play any audio! Reading the manual (which is laughable at best) it appears that it will only play from a USB stick and NOT from any other USB source. I have yet to test the Bluetooth handsfree feature but I am not expecting very much as there is not an external microphone, it is only on the front panel.
If I had to roll back the clock to when I made this purchase I would NOT buy this unit. However, it is installed now and working. I do not like it, but it works, sort of.

This receiver (and others like it) does NOT fit in my 2000 Ford Focus. I got it in and it works well, but I had to cut the cover that surrounds the radio and HVAC controls. Not pretty, and a real pain to install. Metra brackets do NOT fit at all with a standard 2-DIN receiver.
I recommend just buying a factory CD radio off ebay.
If you do install any after-market radio use a soldering iron; I did and it sounds very good, works well without any static, humming etc.
This receiver cost me about $83 including accessories, and it feels and operates like $83... I would say I'm satisfied with the receiver, not Ford's design. If you have a Ford Focus... good luck carving up your dash.

This is a nice product. It is easy to use and install. The down side is that this unit does a poor job for hands free phone use. The person who you are talking to cannot hear you when respond. The unit does not have a microphone to pick up you response.
