I recommend this amp to anyone who wants an amp that sounds amazing and will keep knocking clean low ohm bass for many years without issues. These are just some things that made me fall in love with the MTX TC4001.
1. Very clean, deep, powerful bass
2. Hits all frequencies
3. Steady 400 watt rms
4. Max 1,200 watts
5. Never any technical issues(5+ years)
6. Perfect for 2 12's
7. Love the EBC (with knob wired by under seat) for fast shut off(avoiding popo tickets)
8. All black exterior. Much better then previous model with chrome plates.
9. Very affordable.
The only thing I had an issue with, was going through subwoofers. This amp will blow 4 ohm single voice coil subs with ease. Def recommend dual voice coil 12's.

Have this amp with 2 MTX Thunder 4500's and they sound great. Very punchy thanks to the Sub Sonic Filter. Amp does tend to get a little warm but not bad. Great for 150 dollars.
